When a member posts a message or photo, to reply to it or in the case of a photo, rate it and or make a comment to that photo. That is if you want to encorage them for more of the same.
If a person takes the time to post, and then no one makes a comment or reply, they will just give up. That's why the boards get silent.
Because people won't take the 1 minute to post something. 2 or 3 can't carry the group.
When is the last time a member other than admin posted an event?
? It doesn't have to be an adult only event, members love to meet and talk or laugh a bit.
If your headed out to your favorite watering hole one night, why not post a quick come meet us for some conversattion?
Good Lord people we are all here for the same thing. we like being around other adults.
